arhayden88 I may have shipped the smock dress in a flat rate Express package. If the post office asks you to pay will you have them send it back to me and I will resend it. I'm sorry!! I'm new at this and didn't realize those packages charged the buyer.

alysebl @arhayden88 Okay so I received your package today but unfortunately I was not home when the package arrived and my dad paid UPS the $18. So I’m not sure if I can even send it back. I’ve never done this before.

alysebl @arhayden88 I just went to the post office. They said they cannot refund me the $18 and that if I wanted to send it back, I’d have to pay additional shipping. :/
