astiglich Hi, I’m the person who received your sandals and you received my dress.. Have you had a chance to send back the dress that you received? alyshagreen22 Yea I sent it back last week. The seller contacted me and said to send back the items and then they would resend them to us. You shouldn’t have to repurchase because they have the money and just need to resend them

tc2treasures Hi Alysha, I made a big mistake! I sent you the wrong item yesterday. 😬 I got your shoes out to package with a shirt....and sent you the shirt. I caught it late last night...I’m contacting Posh support. They will have you submit a problem with your order when you get it, they will send shipping label by email to send Shirt back to me so I can ship your shoes. I am SO TERRIBLY SORRY about this! Im happy to make this “right” so will give you a 50% disc. on any item in my closet under $75. 😊

alyshagreen22 @tiffy2treasures I will be out of town starting tomorrow afternoon until the 18th so I won’t be able to send anything back before then. Once I return I’d be happy to do so. How will I go about receiving the sandals because I’ve had this happen in the past and got scammed as well as another person send the wrong item and never send the correct item while keeping my money.

tc2treasures @alyshagreen22 No worries....once I get the shirt back, Posh Support will generate a label for me to ship sandals. Please rest assured, I am not a scammer....all of my stats show me in great standings with my customers. I’m a Posh Ambassador and Preferred Seller with. 5⭐️rating. You can view this in my closet by clicking “about”. Again, I’m so very sorry...this has only happened to me 1 other time and it sucks for me as well as buyer!

tc2treasures @alyshagreen22 i appreciate that. I too, have had very unpleasant experiences in past with sellers...so unfortunate that there are so many dis-honest people...ruins it for everyone! alyshagreen22 @tiffy2treasures I just got back from our cruise and won’t be back at my house in LA until late tomorrow evening. When I have the chance to go through the mail I’ll be able to let you know if I’ve received the label and follow back up with you then. Sorry if this is causing any issues but being out of town for a week and a half isn’t the most optimal scenario for dealing with this.

alyshagreen22 I printed the return label today and will be sending back the package tomorrow. I know I missed the deadline but as well deviously mentioned, I was out of down during the allotted time frame to return and hadn’t received the return label before leaving. Am I still going to be able to return and receive my sandals?
