I’m sorry about the Frye mule’s heel! I’m not the original owner and don’t know how they were previously stored. As you might possibly agree, they didn’t appear to have been worn at all. I commented on the case you opened up regarding the shoes and stated that I will gladly take them back. Again, my apologies. This is the first time this has happened.

Hi, thanks for your recent purchase from my closet. While packaging your item I noticed an issue: I can’t get the zipper to close. I keeps getting snagged on one of the holes I noted in the listing. I’m happy to cancel the purchase if that’s a problem. Please let me know. Thanks!
