emeedee Hi Alyson, I'm sorry you are having trouble with the liner. It's not a residue, it's literally the fabric that the liner is made of. It's a non-slip liner to keep the boots from sliding down. I have the same lining in mine and it took me a bit to break them in but if you can't get them on luv, you should just return them to me. I'm so very sorry you are having trouble.

emeedee So it looks like if you go back into your order, you can go to problems and inquiries and say you are not happy with your purchase or it doesn't fit and say you want to return it. Just please don't give me a bad review. Posh support is very good about getting right back with you.

alyson2006 @teebach lol! I totally understand. When I canceled your order, it took all those items out of your original bundle. Now you’ve added some new ones to a new bundle, but the old ones aren’t there. You just need to go back to them and add them to this new bundle, if you still want them. I hope that makes sense. I’m not real good at this either 😩
