krystaldivine @alma920 I'm certainly no expert, but I'm happy to try and answer any questions should you need help with something. Alot of stuff I figured it out along the way. But you will do good. I guess one word of advice I would offer is, prepare yourself for low-ball offers. Don't get offended when they come because people will send them even though you think you have descent prices set. You can always counter or decline. Good luck 👍
