msfit1958 @alyamira hey, just to let you know, Idid make the claim. I think, because the box wasn't marked, "This Side Up" so the coffee pot was standing, it laid on its side and got jostled. I looked at your other cute ceramics...stuff the polyester stuff inside and aroundthem so they cannot move and make sure they travel upright. I used to work retail at a Salvation Army store where we had fine china as well as ceramics. I learned from the best. 😑
