marciacia Do you do anything online ? Have you ever thought about it ? Since , you know what works and it's hard to find someone with a stellar reputation and proven workable idea. Especially , for women's bodies to become lean . I am an engineer and I understand it's a great deal of chemistry and burn off more than you intake. You just look amazing.

missliss21 @marciacia You are so sweet! And yes, I do provide online coaching services. Everything I do is based on science/current research and nothing is cookie-cutter (like 90% of online "coaches" with no nutrition education). That said, I only keep about 30-40 clients max so that the quality of my services aren't diminished in any way. My wait list is long, to say the least! 🙈
