grinandwearit @alyssarstone I know, right? I have run into it several times with people. One lady made me give her money back because the necklace was not shiny enough for her liking. Reported me to Posh saying the chain was knotted. She sent it back, and it hadn't even been taken out of the box. I sold it to someone else and they gave me a very nice rating. UGH!!!!!
