katiek3030 I ordered the gold bow necklace from you. I very much appreciate the extra necklace , earings and coupon you put with my order, however I'm wondering if we can do something about the necklace I ordered, I can't wear it, it's almost completely tarnished and barely fits over my head, and would I have known it was tarnished I wouldn't have purchased it. Please know this is nothing against you in any way, I know you meant well. I'm just wondering if there's any way we can fix this
