I realized that the box felt pretty warm.. I thought in my Trunk it was fine but I had a funny feeling so I opened to check and the golden egg bomb/melt had gotten squishy!

So I am on my way there to buy one and will replace the squishy one in your box, and get it sent out Monday. I just wanted you to know why the package will be a day or two behind original schedule. kristie2018 I will be stuffing way more paper in the box around all of the bubble wrap just in case the box encounters warm weather em route to you. I also will put in a little extra goodie for you for my apologies! Hopefully this is okay and you didn’t need them super quickly.

kristie2018 @aly58991 hey again hun! Okay so here are our options now. I was able to get the One golden egg yesterday, but I was promised I would be able to purchase about 5-7 more Wednesday from a store south of me. So we can either go with original plan where I ship what you originally purchased tomorrow, or if you’d like- we can just cancel that original order and make a new bundle with more golden eggs and stuff when I get them and make sure it goes to the new proper address.

jessicarose044 Hello Alyssa. I am very sorry your bath bombs arrived broken. I am a little offended by your negative review and comment. The bath bomb was packed in peanut packaging just as packaged at Lush Cosmetics (and also how they ship their items) so your comment of “completely unprotected” is far from accurate. I encourage you to be a dash kinder when posting reviews as the handling of a breakable item by USPS officials, which was protected properly, is out of the poshers control.

jessicarose044 @aly58991 that cannot be possible. Both bath bombs were placed inside a brown gift box with peanut packaging (as it was given to me by LUSH) and taped shut, and THEN placed inside the USPS priority mail envelope. I have pictures to prove it, if this isn’t how it was wrapped it was tampered with and you should contact USPS not slander me.
