saltzman25 Hi Alyssa. I saw that you changed the seller rating after the seems tore. I’m sorry that happened. I did not manufacture them, so I can’t speak for the quality. I did mail you a new unworn item, with no rips or tears. So I am a bit disappointed that you lowered my rating based on this....

saltzman25 As a seller, I try to post an accurate description of my items and mail them out as quickly as I can. Lowering your rating actually lowers my score as a ‘seller’ which implies that I somehow did something wrong. That said, I’m bummed that they ripped and I hope it’s an easy repair so you can keep enjoying them. -sheila
