txblingqueen @dscchef I don’t even own a coach. I prefer MK myself and Guess. I think they are way OVER priced and valued. I purchase brand new MK wholesale for 50. Can you tell me if they are good enough to put in used resale shop. I usually clean them and I only make 20% mark up so I make $$ when I buy

txblingqueen Hello Alyssa: I received the box with purses. Not too happy with the beige one with ink marks on it. The stains are permanent. This was not disclosed to me. Neither was the scratch in the Kate Spade. The rest were acceptable. I would like to exchange the beige one for the dark colored or another. There is no way I would carry a purse that looks this way. The beige one was on top of black purse in shipment. If the dye rubbed off onto it-that will not come out. Can we work this out? Somehow

txblingqueen I spent every penny I had and got purses that were not in EXCELLENT condition. I’m so upset. Guess I will no longer purchase from Poshmark. I’ve bought a lot of things and NEVER been so let down. I don’t know what to do, because I’ve never had to exchange or return anything. I did receive a shirt one time I bought for my husband and the man made it right. What do you suggest I do?

dscchef @txblingqueen I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. The bags I sent were in EXCELLENT condition, the beige one has discoloration from rubbing up on clothes as it is a very light color. I read in your previous comments that you "clean" the bags for resale.

It would have to be one of the less expensive bags on my page as the COACH bags are valued at a much higher price than I negotiated with you for. txblingqueen Green one or brown one look ok, but they are priced too high. You can buy Coach at Outlet. Brand new for $110. They are 60% off + 25% on top of that when you buy 2. Fact. I was there yesterday. I would like my $45 returned, unless you get another one that has no dyes rubbed into it. Is the Michael Kors in excellent condition? I have one just like that. New was $99

txblingqueen @dscchef you just told Poshmark that you have not heard back from me. You also said there were NO INK marks. There are ink marks, dye stains, pet hair and dander and deep scratches on these bags. Pictures do not disclose this. You must do that. I did ASK before I bought them.

I have NEVER had someone blatantly lie about something I particularly ASK ABOUT. Just let them determine the outcome. That’s all I can do. You told them you had not heard back. txblingqueen @dscchef maybe it’s fit from your coat! But it’s there. I took pictures. My advice is to disclose ALL scratches and marks inside and outside of products you sell. I know I DO! If one stitch is popped: I let the buyer KNOW.
