@mrsdee8876 please can you direct me to how to accept my first order? When I go to the prompt it just takes me to the order page and there is no option to accept it. I had no idea I had to accept the order so that the seller could be paid! I feel terrible.

@norasark67 please accept my apologies. This is maddening. When I search online for directions on how to accept an order all I find is people talking about frustrating it is that other people don’t accept their orders! This is my very first purchase and not only did I not know I had to accept the order but I cannot find how to do that! Again, I’m so sorry you have not received the payment.

Once you have received your order, please ensure your purchase is as described within the listing. If everything is okay with your order, accept the order so that we can release your payment to the seller.
If your order is as described, please release the funds to the seller with the following steps:
Step 1: Go to your Account Tab
Step 2 : Select My Purchases
Step 3: Select Accept to release the funds to the seller.

@lucidgyrl .....Please note that Poshmark will automatically release payment to the seller if the order is not marked as received after 3 days of delivery. Once the funds are released to the seller, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

@lucidgyrl finally... If you receive your order not as described, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by opening a case with us within the app. To open a case
Step 1: Go to the Account Tab
Step 2: Select My Purchases
Step 3: Click on the item you purchased
Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry and complete the dispute reporting process.
