louhancock1162 Hi Alyssamarie. The tracking on the aviators says there was a problem with the address and the package was unable to be delivered. If by any chance you have received them please let me know.

alyssamarie_p @louhancock1162 hello !! Yes I am so sorry this was my first purchase on posh and it automatically created a shipping address to my old billing address instead of my actual new address! I have already spoken to the post office and I think it should be either delivered today to the right address or I will have to pick it up from the post office I will keep you updated tho thank you !

I just got an update from the post office and they were supposed to hold it for me to pick up but because of the mix up with the addresses they are sending it back to you ! I’m so sorry and will pay the extra cost for shipping if there is any how can I contact you to give you the correct address to ship them out to ?

louhancock1162 @alyssamarie_p I appreciate the heads up. I've never had a situation like this before so I just sent an email to Poshmark asking what to do. I'll let you know when I hear back from them. Hopefully we can sort this all out

alyssamarie_p @louhancock1162 thank you so much for being so patient! I am really looking forward to receiving the glasses I have been looking for this particular pair for a while! I had no idea that Poshmark had designated a shipping address for my account as my old billing address or else I would have double checked to make sure it what the right address in the first place ! Again so sorry I know this makes it take longer for you to get paid !

alyssamarie_p @louhancock1162 omg I’m so sorry to keep bugging ! I just got a call back from the post office that they do have the package ! The lady at the post office that I was talking to about the situation was in a meeting when I went to go pick it up but she had kept the package in her office for me so I will be able to pick it up later around 5 she said ! I’m so sorry for all the hassling !

alyssamarie_p @louhancock1162 hi again ! An update I wasn’t able to pick up the package by 5 I just got out of work so they are going to send you back the package I am SO sorry. Like I said before I will pay any extra shipping cost that this needs to be able to send the glasses to me at my right address I and am sooo sorry for inconveniencing you so much with this shipping mayhem!
