hiipsie @amethystgarden thank you for reaching out! I noticed that too and am going to call my post office when they open this morning. Our mailbox was destroyed because of the snow and I believe this is the reason they’re sending it back. Is calling the post office the only thing I can do?

hiipsie @amethystgarden I went to the post office and they have been holding my mail for me! I got the dress! The carrier didn’t know why the tracking information said “return to sender” because he just put it on hold for me at the office. It has all worked out, thank you! 🌼☮️

I get upset when I receive items in the unnecessary packaging as well...So wasteful:( I wish buyers were able to communicate on their orders more easily - requesting plastic free shipping would be wonderful.
