@lyxxx okay how do I go about that? Do I deny accepting the order? Then mail it back? I’ve never done it through Poshmark before and I just didn’t want it to give you a bad rating or something if I deny the order. I expected the item to be more like a jacket, it’s very thin material, like a fly away or shall.

@lyra508 Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately all “returns” have to go through poshmark! I would mark it as not accepted. You can also email them at support@poshmark.com within three days and tell them your situation. I’ve never done a return through here either so I’m a little iffy on the process as well. Hope this helps!!

@lyxxx The only option it gave that was remotely close to choose from was “item not as described” . Now it says case pending. I don’t know if it contacts you or if they decide if it’s Accepted or not?
