@amyviva It's never been worn so it shouldn't be loose, that's how I bought it. Maybe you aren't aware of what "authentic" means then... considering it's not name brand, it can't be labeled as "fake" -- which is what authentic would mean.

I'm sorry you are not pleased with your purchase. Like I said, it's brand new and never used -- but I packaged it well, it was in great condition with no missing beads or sequins and I shipped out to you the SAME DAY you bought it... if that to you is only worth giving me 2 stars, I'm not sure what else to say.
