Hi Amanda. I see that you received your purchase from me. Was there something wrong with our transaction? I strive for a 5 star rating on everything I sell, by posting detailed measurements & descriptions of every item, plus 8 clear well-lit photos, and I ALWAYS ship the same or next day. (Your purchase was Veteran's Day weekend so that added a day).

Hi Amanda - Now that you are selling on Poshmark you will start noticing how, when your buyer doesn't give you a 5 star rating, it makes your Rating drop - even when you have 300+ 5 star ratings, Poshmark still dings you! And you'll wonder why, after listing 8 clear photos, numerous measurements, multiple adjectives describing ever aspect of the item + shipped it the same day it was sold - WHY someone would give you a less than perfect score?
The rating is not for how much you Like the item - -

Hi Amanda yours was my first postmark purchase buying a replacement for my beloved black frye Taylor harness boots 7.5 m. Boots were never sent and postmark suggested I cancel the order but since I do not know the details of why they were not sent I though I would reach out to you directly to see if they could be repurchased??
