@mandee7 no unfortunately you have to package it and post it yourself address it yourself that’s the only way I know how I’ve never done it before I had a customer that received a wrong shirt so when I had to send the right one I just paid the postage and sent it separately but you’ve already been refunded your money I already got charged for sending the package so you have to unfortunately pay to send it back it’ll only cost a couple of dollars but the package has to complete

I don’t know why posh Mark didn’t suggest doing a return as opposed to just the cancellation knowing you already have the product because it might’ve made a difference and maybe that’s when they can help us out with labels do you know what I mean

The extras were gifted because you were not honest with that size the blush was. I am not paying the $18 to mail the items back to you.
