shemann Hi Amanda. I'm glad you received your makeup bag and I'm sorry and shocked to hear there was a pen mark on it, wondering if I dropped a pen on it during packing because there was nothing there when posted. You may try a water/pinesol mix and gently dab/rub the spot. Also, mild soap and water could probably di the job too, just be very gentle as not to remove color. Thanks again-
