Hey girl I was reading on Google and it says that you have to cancel it on your end. I also wrote a note to posh Mark I’m waiting to hear back from them but from what Google says you could just cancel it on your own let me know thank you so much I’m so so so so sorry

Hi @charleenever ... it has said delivered on my end since last week. Tracking can be monitored under “ my purchases”. You may want to contact Poshmark about this issue.

Ok so I found this out! If you don’t mail it out after 7 days I could cancel by pressing accidentally purchase 😀😀!

@charleenever the shipping information comes through your email and the app. You are able to track the shipment throughout the process under my purchases. If you look under “my purchases” you will see it has been delivered. You may want to contact posh mark support.

@charleenever the tracking information is in the app. That is where the tracking # is. I have contact d Poshmark on your behalf however they asked me to direct you to contact them. You can contact them through the support section. If you click on the item you purchased you will see the tracking information.

@charleenever The tracking # via usps was 9405510899359326039275 If you look it up it says delivered at mailbox on October 10. Poshmark creates the shipping label. I’m sorry there isn’t much else I can do on my end. Shipping is covered by Poshmark. You must contact them or perhaps the post office.

@charleenever I would maybe contact the post office as well. Around Christmas time I had a package missing from another company and filed complaint with post office and hen suddenly it appeared a couple days later. Is it possible someone took it from your mailbox?
