otiszoe04 @ianthe37 When I hold the fabric tape measure from the very top to the bottom, not stretching it. Just laying it loosely it measure 48 inches. I hope that helps. I do know that I am shrinking due to menopause and I developed 3 herniated discs. I always was 5 foot 4 1/2 inches. But sometimes I feel like I am getting shorter. I am 48. Got to love ❤️ the menopause! Lol. I hope this helps Amanda. 😃🐶🐾🐶🐾

bplusc Hi Amanda, First I want to thank you for purchasing the UGG boots. I packed them yesterday and put the package and one other out for my carrier to pick up, and they were. Neither of the 2 packages were scanned, so I contacted the annex supervisor. Apparently my carrier is on vacation, and the sub failed to scan them in, but the supervisor assured my they were loaded on the truck. Just wanted you to keep you in the loop.

bplusc Hi Amanda, Your package is still not tracking, but the other one that was picked up at the same time started tracking overnight and was in Ohio...I’m in Georgia. So hopefully your package is on its way to you without ever being scanned? Not good, but possible I suppose. I will call the annex again today and see if there is any help they can provide.
