Hi Amanda, thank you for your order. I dropped the On Cloud sneakers off at our Post Office at 11:50 today, I received an email from Poshmark less than two hours later saying a new shipping label is required and the shoes would be redirected back to me. I called the Post Office because they scanned it as delivered not received according to the tracking. They said that won’t affect delivery. I’ll go to the Post Office tomorrow and try to see what happened. Did your address change recently?

@noah06 It’s Arkansas. That’s our local P.O. They had scanned it as picked up instead of dropped off/received. I’ll keep you updated with what I find out tomorrow.

I never heard anything else from Poshmark but the Post Office says it should be fine. Tracking shows it’s at the next facility that processes our mail with the rest of the packages I shipped yesterday. Thank you. 😊
