carlahiggins Amanda: you purchased the Ann Taylor pants. When I pulled them out to ship I realized I hadn't noted in the description that they are dark charcoal gray. It shows in the picture but it seems I pushed the button for black. They are exactly as you can see in the picture. The color matches what is in the picture identically. Before I ship though I just wanted to make sure you knew they where very dark gray. Let me know and I'll ship asap. Thank you.

mgriff4 Hi! I am really sorry to hear that your pants were never actually delivered. I will reach out to poshmark as well for you. I’ve never had anything like this happen either. I emailed them this morning too about an order I shipped on the 8th that hasn’t been received by the buyer. I am extremely frustrated as well. I want everyone to receive their purchases and I also don’t want to lose items I’ve shipped.

mandamoonstar @mgriff4 I've bought many items on Poshmark and have always received my items... the tracking shows delivered and my frustration is not with you! I just really liked them... so I waited a couple of days hoping it would show up after the tracking said it arrived. I hope you get your money and that I am reimbursed as well... I'll keep you posted on what resolution they come to... and will certainly let you/Poshmark know if it shows up in the meantime.
