sunandagapi Hi Amanda - thank you for your order. We noticed that the black Under Armour pants that you purchased have a portion of the hem missing in the bottom of the left leg. realynnk @rogersamanda Sometimes they stick it right in the mailbox since it's USPS. It is a 6x6x7 box, looks almost like a perfect little cube priority box. if your mailbox is big enough, they would have put it in there. Please keep me updated so we can figure this out!

realynnk I have never had this happen either, but you can always get your money back with help from customer service, you'll get a refund if it's not found and that box has insurance to cover me for what I'm losing. this is crazy, and exactly why I always check with every single person that they got it!

realynnk @rogersamanda I was reading FAQ and it says for the buyer to call their local post office and asked if the package is there, and ask them to have your mail carrier check their mail truck to ensure that it's still not in there. Please please keep me updated! I'm absolutely flabbergasted at this happening, this is why I ALWAYS check with my buyers when it says they received it, but this time the buyer actually didn't :(
