ladiesman2017 Im very sorry about your experience with shopping from my closet. I've had really no problems up until now i wouldn't send anything broken or tarnished i was shocked to find out you didn't like your collar. I never wore it and had it wrapped and protected so when i mailed the item to you it was brand new. I was also shocked to hear that the shipping process can damage your merchandise sometimes. But regardless i feel bad about you not having a wonderful experience and want to say sorry again!😁✌
