eksk808 You did not send back the same bag. Where is the tags and registration cards. I will pursue this further. The bag is also soiled with loose threads. Handles are floppy. The bag I sent was not like this and had the tags and registration card still in the bag

I was displeased about the flopping handles as well another reason for my return. Sorry about the tags I'll send them out on Monday evening.
