sassy_m @malamom Hi there, Im hoping you or someone might be able to help me figure out how to go about giving a buyer an additional discount or free shipping. I currently have marked, if a person bundles 2+ items they get 10% off. And the cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Just a bit confused.

malamom @sassy_m did u give a bundle discount in your listings? If you did then it will be deducted automatically. I find it's confusing so I make a separate listing if someone wants to bundle & work out prices w them u can also deduct 5/6 $ from their order which covers shipping - there's your free shipping! Hope that helps btw I am not posh " police 🚨 do what u want but perfume is a non compliant item & pm does not condone it because of shipping, not sure u were aware

sassy_m @malamom i just took a look at the things allowed and not allowed to sell on poshmark. There's no mention of perfume. Weird.

malamom @sassy_m if u go to community guidelines under Poshmark Support center u will find the list of unsupported items & perfume along with nail polish is one of them. People sell all kinds of things here dvds, books, curling irons etc it doesn't mean that it is supported by pm. I have a listing in my closet of many of the unsupported & supported items but there is a full list there. Were u able to figure out the bundle thing?

sassy_m @malamom Hi there, I'm hoping you or someone might be able to help me figure out how to delete a couple comments on one of my posts. I seen some time back that it's possible to be done, I just can't remember the process. There are a couple of ppl that have been rude, and I'd like to delete their comments. I've already blocked them, and reported them, i just dont want others to see their comments.

malamom @sassy_m if it's under an item that is sold it's there for eternity lol 😂 but if it's under an item that is not sold delete the item realist it but make sure to take not if anyone who liked it so u can tag them once u relist. Unfortunately, there is no other way. I also, have asked PM to remove a few comments but the day they "can't" even though I've seen it done for others. Sorry u r having this issue. I too have had some bad experiences lately. Keep up the good work 😀
