Hello! I am responding to your rating if the Iris tote. I had NO idea there was a rip. I would not have listed it at all had I known. BUT I want to make sure you are happy so please if you are not-send it back. It's a pain to mail things but the shipping is covered and you would receive a full refund. Again, my apologies I wish I had seen the rip. I am embarrassed to have missed something like that!
