I may just not know how to turn it on? It's not ticking or working, and I'm just not sure if it needs a battery or what I need to do to set it?

I'm so sorry about that - I've never used the watch before (it was a gift my boyfriend received that he never wore) so I think it just may need a battery? The details of what type of watch it is are all in the bottom of the case if you take it to any jewelry store they should know what to do!
