gavingrove1 Hi. I'm not sure how to go about this. Did I mix up the 2 orders I had sent out at the same time and send you the palettes? Or were you just unhappy with the products? Just trying to figure out how to fix this. I definitely don't want anyone to be unhappy with an order and wasn't sure how to contact you.

mandalynnwin @gavingrove1 Hi! You must have mixed up the orders!! I got the Viseart palettes instead of the blushes. Since this is my first Postmark order I wasn't sure what to do so I just requested a return/refund (I guess 😕). No hard feelings though! I guess I'm just waiting to see what Postmark says to do.....

mandalynnwin @gavingrove1 Poshmark emailed me a paid shipping label to send the Viseart palettes to the lady who purchased them and I should be able to drop them at the post office tomorrow. I was wondering if you knew where my blushes ended up because I saw that she mentioned something about the tracking saying the package was undeliverable.

gavingrove1 @mandalynnwin Hi, I'm so sorry for all this mess. Poshmark wasn't getting back to me soon enough so I called USPS about the blushes not being delivered. They said it could have been due to an incorrect address but that makes no sense. Postman said they were on their way back to me.

gavingrove1 @mandalynnwin The postman estimated them returning to me by Thurs/Frid. As soon as they get to me I will be sending them out to you. I'll let you know the minute they hit the post office. Again, I'm so sorry for all of this mess. I'm so embarrassed. This wasn't a great first experience for you on Poshmark I'm sure. They will be coming soon, though! I'm doing everything I can to make it right.
