aheffeon I'm so sorry you received the wrong item. I switched two boxes with each other's labels. The other buyer messaged me as well saying she received ur boots. So you can either send it back to me and once she does the same I'll reship them. Or the other buyer is willing to just send them straight to you if you send your item received to her. I will send u both the shipping labels.

amlaska @aheffeon will it work if you send the shipping labels to us ? I was reading postmarks policy and it states we’d need to ship back to you with new labels then they will give you the new label to send to us . I think if we use the old labels the post office won’t accept because they’ve been used .
