@fitzbella if they Try again to give you the package, u tell them I never said I wanted it to be express mail. The package even says priority on it. The shipping is already paid so it’s their mess up and they need to not charge you anything!

@fitzbella you’re welcome. This really pisses me off. You already paid for the shipping, there is no reason that they should have chose to do express mail and proceed to charge you as so. Make sure you tell them that. And that I never specified that I wanted express mail! So they literally took it upon themselves to make it that way. Which is UNACCEPTABLE! I set it outside my door with the shipping label on it. This is such crap. They have never done that before.

@fitzbella the pants are returning here to me. I will take them to the post office this time and ship them out to you there to avoid any issues. Of course the one time I ship it from home this happens ☹️ I’m so sorry they did this! Please be patient with me ❤️ I will let you know when I’ve re shipped and settled this matter!

I contacted posh support they should clear this up for us. You clearly paid for shipping using the pre paid shipping label. The pants are like maybe a pound if that. This is so stupid. There is no reason you should owe more for postage than you paid for the item. I’m so sorry, I can’t wrap my head around this at all. I’m lost

Just wanted to let you know that we have had a huge snow here. I have it packed and labeled, but it may not go out until tomorrow or the next day. If I can get out before the mail can get here, I will take it to the post office myself. Thanks!!
