teamaddison 😊 Sizes can be deceiving. In my closet I model everything from a size 2-10. Here is what works for me to stay in shape: I track my calories and macronutrients on a free app called "my fitness pal" to keep me aware of what I'm eating. I work out every day: always cardio plus strength training 3-4x a week. Cardio includes swimming, running, Zumba, elliptical, spin bike. Keep it fun and full of variety. Portion control with foods is a big one for me. I eat what I want but in moderation. 💗
