mdbarto @carlsbad_man no worries at all, i completely understand. i too have picked up one item in one department and was totally in the wrong department. that is very kind regarding the return for refund or offer for a different hoodie. my husband did tear off the tag but i still have the tag sitting on top of the hoodie. it is just not attached to garment any longer. would that be ok if returning for refund?

mdbarto @carlsbad_man so sorry for the late response. thank you for being so accommodating regarding the return and size issue. with all the craziness we just decided to hang on to the hoodie. so i never ended up submitting a refund request. i apologize for the delay on my response and i appreciate all your kindness.

juliauccello Hi! Just wanted to update you on your order. I brought the jeans to the post office on the 16th and the tracking seems to be working but it hasn’t shipped yet. mdbarto @juliauccello hi! so a little update... i got a msg stating item delivered... but no package in my box or around my house. looked front, back, garage, around trees etc. which is weird bc i had ordered another pkg for my spouse and it was dropped off on front to porch. (i had tracking updates for that one) so i have no idea what usps has done. i just wanted to provide update.

mdbarto @juliauccello sounds good :-) i have looked all around. even in the bushes. i checked with my surrounding neighbors. looked around neighbors houses to see if they had any pkgs sitting out. nothing. this is so crazy. how usps goes from no tracking updates to just delivered.

juliauccello @mdbarto new update! Talked to the post office and apparently the package is still in route and they will contact me with more updates. Not sure why we both got an alert saying it was delivered but hopefully it will arrive soon!

mdbarto @juliauccello hi! unfortunately, no news yet. i spoke to local usps and they stated it seems to be lost in transit bc i told them shipping date and the “delivery” date. so i reached out to poshmark. usps stated no tracking updates. do they said there are usually several updates. i’m sorry i don’t have better news.
