msmeem @mandah2625 voice texting stinks not sure where the word unintended came from 😂.. A good way to gauge someone’s character on the site is to look at their love notes and how many items they’ve sold how long they been on the site I’m just kind of read through their comments but of course take with a grain of salt because there are mean people on the site 2, but there’s some really really terrific people as well☺️

mandah2625 @m3k3chandler Unfortunately, yes...there are quite a few cracks along the seam and actually a hole in the canvas on the side. I don't feel as though these blemishes resemble "like new" condition. :(

m3k3chandler @mandah2625 I’m sorry you feel that way. I wasn’t aware of any hole. Any cracks that happen are normal to the brand. I assure you it has been well taken care of and not misused. It is beautiful on a should running errands at the mall I can attest too. I’d hate for you to not be able to enjoy it.

mandah2625 @m3k3chandler I don't doubt that you took care of it :). and I realize that there will be normal wear if a bag is used but when it's described as "like new" and your previous listing (that's still posted) of it explicitly stated there are no cracks...that's not a true representation of the bag's condition :(

m3k3chandler @mandah2625 it really comes down to perception. My pictures show the cracks. I still consider it like new based on the used ones I’ve seen out there in the world and other sites. The bottom line is you bought a used purse and it’s never going to be perfect, just like a used car, or something with the tags attached. But from my perspective you choose a good one. mandah2625 @m3k3chandler I disagree. "excellent used condition" "light signs of wear" "natural aging", etc can be interpreted based on perception. "like new" is just that..."like new". especially since the other listing states " no cracks". and you know as well as I do that just because the pictures contain the cracks doesn't mean they are apparent. plain and simple... the descriptions are misleading. hope your day is blessed as well!!
