First, I sent a note to Poshmark support to see if I could cancel the order because I needed backpacks for the first day or school and the order hadn't shipped yet but was told that I wasn't able to cancel until 9/7. Then the backpacks were much smaller than expected. My son cannot fit his binder in it and we've had to buy one elsewhere. I wonder if the email sent to Poshmark didn't get to you? I have the grey one ready to return if you will accept it and refund.
