amoc2001 HI I am sorry as it appears that you are one of the few buyers who I didn't reach out to but I was away for an extended time for my mother to have emergency surgery. I got back last night and was up the whole night packing my items. I went to the 24 hour post office even. I am not sure what to do now that you cancelled it. I apologize but I always ship same day. amoc2001 I suppose I will reach out the USPS - (we are best friends) with my mass hauls and try to get them to return it to me - they have done a lot for me in the past with tracking, missing packages etc. Again, I apologize but the stress was overwhelming. Best, Ann

amoc2001 ok! I just spoke to my Concierge and he said he will contact the USPS first thing on Monday as similar issues have happened w other residents. (I had sent you a 15 mascara as a offer of gratitude for your patience so at least I will be able to repost that as well lol) Thank you for your original purchase and he is certain that since it has not left Bos as it was dropped off at 24 hr post office on Sat night! rreid1179 @amoc2001 sorry about all of this - I waited for a response to my comment yesterday and since I never received on I canceled the order. Is there a way to undo a cancellation now so it can just stay the way it was and come since you dropped it at the post office already? I have no idea- first for me on this one.
