If you decide to offer discounts, you can do so under seller tools. Also, alerts that someone has created a bundle; allows sellers to make offers if the prospective buyer doesn’t buy outright. afrenz @miss_eades Hi there! Thanks for your order! Typically Posh shopping is either 2 or 3 day (priority mail). I’ll have it packaged and ready to drop off at the Post office first thing in the morning. You’ll receive a notification w/tracking info. When printing out the shipping label, if I see that it’s going to be 3 day priority, I’ll let you know and we can go from there.

nycgrits @afrenz Hi Amanda. Thank you, again, for sharing my listings. I have to ask—what is your secret? I’m already getting a little turned off with Poshmark and having to spend 6-8 hours following and sharing my and others listings, only to be lucky if one item sells in a week. First 30 days my items sold quickly. Immediately after making Ambassador sales dried up. I think I’m going to switch to M e c a where they promote listings. 😢

I’ve learned that’s it’s all about connecting with your customers and making those individuals REPEAT customers but more importantly making a lasting impact! And believe it or not YOU do that! I love the ENERGY your closet exudes!!

afrenz @nycgrits Here’s a few things that have been successful for me: 1) Whenever anyone hearts or likes an item in my closet, I go to the bundle feature and thank them for checking out my closet and invite them to make an offer or to create a bundle. 2) SHARE-SHARE-SHARE Share your closet at least 10 times a day!

afrenz @nycgrits 3) Participate in the daily parties. 3A) Congratulate and SHARE the HP winners (most will return shares+), 3B)Look for items similar to your own with lots of “likes”, SHARE said item, and FOLLOW all of the people that liked the item! 4) Hand written thank you notes say a lot - I sincerely appreciate each of my customers and I take the time to let them know that! 🙂

nycgrits @afrenz These are such helpful tips. I include a handwritten note and wrap and seal every sold item as I would a gift for a loved one. So far just about every customer has left a love note saying they loved the packaging and thank you note. You just reminded me that I need to follow-up with past customers—Thank you!! 💕💕💕
