michele0921 @amandathuynh First of all when you receive them you should’ve opened up a claim against them and you need to inform me and posh right away when u received them Posh has been reaching out to you regarding this matter how did u hold the funds? The return label should come from posh once u opened a claim you have been sitting on them for. 7 days
