Sorry that the item did not arrive to you. It was scanned by the post office on March 27th at 12:52PM. I have no control of the item after that point. On March 26th at 12:13PM I was sent a notice about an updated shipping label. I printed the new updated label and shipped the next day. Tracking information from the USPS states the package was delivered on March 30th at 2:19PM to the front desk/reception/mail room.

Please understand that I have NO control over whether or not the package actually gets into your mailbox. It is truly unfair that you gave me a low rating and did not first contact Poshmark. At this point, I am not sure what Poshmark will be able to do since you accepted the item and all tracking information says it was delivered to the given address. I hope you will be able to find the package and enjoy this great dress.
