@arb3313 hi there! I am so sad but the boots are too big. It stinks because F&B are so unpredictable. They are in gorgeous condition so I hope you have better luck on the next pass. They fit me like an 8 and I am a true 7.5, I tried with thick socks and by heel just slips too much.
I am going to see if Poshmark will facilitate the return. I will keep you posted.

@purge505 Not sure what to say - I said if they were too small I’d refund the money. Now they’re too big. I guess there is a reason they don’t do returns. This was my first sale so I will learn from this. You said that the item was not as described, so I’m pretty sure that could negatively impact future sales.

@arb3313 what?! I am new too and I thought I was being helpful by trying to return through Poshmark directly. I said it wasn’t the seller’s fault. This doesn’t negatively impact you and that absolutely wasn’t my intention. They are huge on me, I don’t recall saying they were small! Their return policy for wrong size is for the Birds, we have no choice but to say not as described if we want to discuss a return.

You and I both would be out money if we exchange directly so that’s why I went to Poshmark first. I decided to add the rest of the stuff I am personally selling to eBay the old school way because there is far more protection than Poshmark. None of this was meant to annoy or harm you.

Does it not make more sense to you to have your boots back and get to sell for above my offer than for us to both be out of pocket? I am the one who will have a bigger headache if I am stuck with them so I am not sure why you are upset with me.

@arb3313 I went out of my way to see if it was even possible to find a negative review on a seller and I found none at all. I was just hoping we could team up on this so neither of us is left feeling bummed out. If we both honestly say that F&B are a nightmare when it comes to sizing I would be appalled if they didn’t let us agree to return. I own a totally different style of them and they say 38! So that should give you an idea of how odd and inconsistent their sizing is.
