april_ryan Hi Amanda! I just want you to know that I've contacted Posh and am trying to figure.out where your new purse is!! I mailed it the same day you purchased so it should have been to you 2-3 days later. Tracking at USPS says it's on it's way but will be late (really🥴) but not exactly where the last scanned location was. Hopefully it gets figured out soon! I'll keep.you posted.

april_ryan @fleet1976. Hi Amanda, I still haven't heard anything from posh ☹️ so I emailed the postal service directly today. They are supposed to respond within 1 day, but since tomorrow is Sunday, I'm guessing I won't hear anything until Monday. I'll keep you posted.

april_ryan @fleet1976 I just spoke to the post office where you live and he said that the address 221 W. 3rd is not a valid mailing address. He said it can't be delivered there. I don't know if Posh has your address wrong? The mailing label comes pre addressed from Posh.

fleet1976 @april_ryan and I just checked my address on posh and it is right. Should I go to the post office? It's a small town so if it's here I should be able to pick it up

april_ryan @fleet1976 I guess it wouldn't hurt to go check at post office (if that's convenient). I'm going to go to the post office here and talk to someone else. I think it's lost somewhere. There's no scan after it left my post office. I'm a little frustrated that I haven't gotten any direction from Posh as to what we should do. I'm sorry that I don't know how to proceed ☹️

april_ryan @fleet1976. Still nothing from Posh...and I sent another email. But, I went to my post office today and they told me to file a claim online. That is probably not going to be recovered 😔

april_ryan I just got an email from Posh. I'm guessing you got the same one - since it wasn't an actual response to my customers service email. If the purse shows up here somehow, I'll message you. I hope you can find another summer purse! 🤞
