hnclosetshop Hi, sorry to bother you, i was wondering if there is any way I could return the flats. i loved them, unfortunately they definitely look black I was looking for navy. I compared them to all my other black flats just to make sure and the colors match.

mandyscloset82 @hnclosetshop Sure. If you haven’t accepted them yet click on the problems/inquiry and open a case. Once it’s accepted they will issue you a return label and you will get your money back. Otherwise you’ll have to go into open/file a claim and they will direct you.

lifeisafestival Hi! I have a question for you. I own zero lululemon. I’m considering a jacket but need to ask…does lululemon run true to size or should you buy a size smaller or larger, (I realize just your opinion, that’s all I am looking for, another persons opinion). I see you have a jacket for sale.
