mandasarah18 @modanashville hi there! There was actually no MODA tag on the blouse (: so please don’t go there. The only tag on it was the transparent portion of the original Xirena tag. The other half to the Xirena tag (which states size, color way, and style #) was gone. So maybe you should address this oversight (: I would like to just graciously remind you that I am not dumb, and am smart enough to identify a store’s own ticket/tag. This top did not have such attachment.

mandasarah18 @modanashville Maybe this a learning lesson for you to check your merchandise & ensure that your items are tagged the way you would like them to be, & tagged according to you description on this app!

modanashville @mandasarah18 I am absolutely not suggesting that you’re dumb, just telling you the way we do things. I’m sorry there was no MODA tag, not sure what happened to it. But I can assure you if my description states “new with tags”, then the item is a new item that we have on the rack in the store. Thanks for your feedback. I’ll make sure my staff double checks everything before it goes out.

mandasarah18 @modanashville You can have your way of doing business, there is nothing there that I was critiquing. I was just stating that I had reservations about the validity of the description, as the tag (the main tag) was missing. And with that gone (and no other tag prevalent) it is absolutely fair to question whether or not the item is “new” as described. But also to be fair, I liked the top regardless, so after consideration I decided to keep anyways. I could have requested a return instead (:
