hairdoc @lablonde98 hi! Update- I finally have a case number. I believe the package is just sitting in Chattanooga. The place where it was last scanned. I am again waiting on someone to contact me but they always give a 3-5 business day allotment. At least they are looking into it and as soon as I hear anything I will let you know.
