debwes Hi Amanda. I got the bag late last night after arriving home. I was wondering what the lines are on it. The weird thing is the front has horizontal lines and the back has vertical lines.

aconner2611 @debwes I am unaware of any lines? Is there a way to send me a photo? I took very clear photos and videos. It’s brand new and I would have definitely discussed any issues. I wrapped up very safely so I’m confused.

aconner2611 @debwes sounds good. I’m so sorry. I’m so confused on what lines, all I can think of is the leather is so soft it could be from the packing paper inside maybe. Is it visible in any of my photos? Either way I want you to be 💯 satisfied so yes I’d love to see what you are talking about so we can get it worked out 🥰

debwes @aconner2611 I don’t exactly know. This has never happened to me before either. I looked for a place to cancel but I didn’t see one. They only give you 3 days to ship so I was thinking they would automatically cancel the return at that time. I can try to contact them and explain???
