courtneyp_ Hi! My apologies for the bracelet, it was definitely not broken when it was placed in the mail. I am sorry that this happened. I just looked it up and it said this bracelet is prone to breaking in that spot. I can assure you it was not broken when I mailed it, as I only wore it once or twice.
