resalebyadele @jenfrancois Today, I received an email from Posh and the short version is they would like "you to reach out to them so they can better assist you." They said one of two things probably happened, I used the wrong box or the weight limit was exceeded. I can't imagine the blazer weighed 5 lbs, so maybe I inadvertently used a Flat Rate box.

resalebyadele @jenfrancois They said you can pay the additional postage and send them a photo and be reimbursed the postage fees in Posh credits or it will be unclaimed and sent back to me. Then I can package it "properly" and request a new shipping label. I apologize for the problem, this has never happened with a sell before now!

mdarlington55 I received an email from Poshmark which stated : "If we determine that the order was misrepresented, we will send you a return label to ship your order back to the seller. The seller is also able to review the case you submitted. If they determine you did receive the wrong order, they have the opportunity to accept the return request and send you a return label to ship your order back to the seller or to the correct buyer." .

I need it for Disney and I leave on the 29th of October. Sorry, I am in a panic to get it in time. milton5345 I had to report a sale. not sure if I should have just contacted you directly or not. I loved the pants suit but the dress the zipper was broken as soon as I put it on. I could fix it once I took it off but then once I put it on again it came undone. happy to figure out something!
