amanda_barry90 @roggy1110 I’m so sorry, I accidentally mixed up your shipping label with someone elses! The person that received your shoes is sending them to you, poshmark sent them an updated shipping label. Poshmark will also send you an email with a shipping label to send the earrings to the correct person. I’m very sorry about this but will have it corrected ASAP!

amanda_barry90 @poshmark please help me resolve this matter ASAP. I have an email from you stating you already sent the buyer a new shipping label but he hasn’t received it yet. @roggy1110 can you please go to the order for the shoes on poshmark and then go to the problem with item area to submit a claim. That might help them resolve this faster. Again, I’m so sorry for all of this!!

amanda_barry90 @roggy1110 oy vey! I’m so sorry, I just sent them a scathing email to let them know this is unacceptable. They sent me an email like 5 days ago saying they emailed you a new shipping label so I asked them to confirm that ASAP and also to reach out to you directly to let you know when your shoes will be there.

amanda_barry90 @roggy1110 anything yet? I got an email from them this morning saying they emailed you the shipping label and if you haven’t received it, I’m supposed to tell you to reach out to them. They won’t tell me anything on your behalf. :( You can send them an email in the “problem with order” section.
